Coaching Philosophy

Posted in Uncategorized on February 15, 2009 by cfryer

Love of the game and player development are my ultimate goals in coaching. Sports develop athletes both on and off the field and as such, my team policies will not only include athletes’ behavior when involved in the sport, but also encourage positive behavior and growth in school and elsewhere. I wish to make athletics available to every young person who wishes to participate regardless of financial reasons, age, gender, or experience. I know first hand the positive impact that sports have for children physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially, and I wish to make this positive experience available to anyone who is interested in having fun and playing the game.
